In 1985, Bruce relocated to Red Deer, Alberta to become a partner with Eugene Andres in Mich Comm Electronics. In 1992, Bruce and Eugene had a new vision for the rapidly developing Communications Technology world, and Communications Group Ltd. was created. Bruce and Eugene went on to successfully create one of the largest Motorola Radio Dealerships in Canada, winning multiple accolades along the way. Amateur radio call sign VE6BD.
