Dear friends and colleagues: 

Our dear and esteemed friend Andy Kwan passed away on Monday morning. I will miss him as will many of you. He was an exceptional man in every respect; colleague, friend, gentleman and advisor. We worked together side by side from 1969 until 2015 - what a privilege for me to have worked almost my whole career with such a person of Andy's calibre.
