Gerald Noordhof Retires Goodbye Everyone
Dear friends and colleagues.
This is my last day with Industry Canada.
After more than 32 years of service, I’ve had the honour and good fortune to work with many of you, both as a Radio Inspector in the districts, and more recently as a Telecommunications Policy Analyst in the National Capital Region.
I will take into retirement many stories and treasured memories of my days with both the Department of Communications and Industry Canada, and I will especially miss the camaraderie and friendships that have developed over the years.
Thank you all for being a part of my life, and for making the last 3 decades interesting, challenging and at times…yes, even fun.
On that note, I will leave with you this small bit of hard-earned advice:
Don’t sweat the petty stuff, and for God’s sake, don’t pet the sweaty stuff!
Best of luck to you all.
Gerald Noordhof 6 November 2014
